China Law Deskbook is published by the American Bar Association (ABA) Section of International Law. ABA Publishing is a division of the American Bar Association, responsible for providing professional publishing guidance to both the association and its members. Our legal publications support professional excellence and greater understanding of the law. We publish approximately 100 law books per year as well as approximately 60 magazines, newsletters, and journals in numerous specialized areas of the law.
